Box 339, Clifford Pa. 18413) or deliver to Secretary or lockbox on front porch.(Clifford Twp. Building, 119 Cemetery St. Clifford, Pa. 18413). Sealed Bids marked as "2026 Spring Road Bid". Bids to be received on or before 7pm, May 12, 2026. Bids will be opened and read at approximately 7pm on March 12, 2026 at the Township business meeting. Township reserves the right to accept and or reject any or all bids and to waive technical defects, if in its judgement the interests of the Township shall require.
