Collection amounts and dates are listed on your Tax Bill(s).
To be considered for DISCOUNT, letters should be postmarked before or on April 30.
For FACE, postmark should be before or on June 30.
For PENALTY, postmark should be before or on December 31.

Resolution to implement Act 57 of 2022 Property Tax Waiver:
The following are reasons to have the MVSD Occupation and/or Per CapitaTax Bill exonerated:
Forms to be filled out and returned to the Tax Collector.
Request for Occupation and/or Per Capita Exoneration:
For Occupation one must be retired prior to July 1.
For Per Capita one must be:
-65+ Years Old as of January 1 (Acceptable proof: copy of Driver's License, Real ID, Passport, Birth Certificate)
For both:
-Moved/Non-Resident prior to July 1 (Need proof: copy of Utility bill, updated Driver's License)
-Duplicate Bill (Need proof of both Bills)
-Disabled/Chronic Illness (Documentation should be included)
-Veteran Exempt (Documentation should be included)
-Deceased (Documentation should be included)
-Financial Hardship(Documentation should be included)
All requests for exoneration are subject to approval by the Mountain View School Board and can be voided by the Board at its discretion

DUPLICATE BILL FEE / RECEIPT PER PARCEL $10.00
SERVICE CHARGE FOR RETURNED CHECK $12.00
PROCESSING A RETURNED CHECK $10.00
BAD CHECK/ ACCOUNT OVERDRAWN SERVICE CHARGE ARE TO BE INCURRED BY THE TAXPAYER.
